1. Who we are
Reactiv ("we", "us") provides AI-powered match preparation for athletes via the website at trainreactiv.com.
2. Data we collect
Account data (email, authentication identifiers via Google sign-in or email/password), session preferences and history you create in the app, and basic device/usage analytics. We never sell your data.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe receives the information necessary to process the transaction subject to its own privacy policy.
4. Authentication
Authentication is handled via Supabase and Google OAuth. We do not ask for passwords outside these flows. We will never email you asking for a password.
5. Data retention
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. Account data is removed within 30 days of request.
